King George Playing Field Wharf Road Newton-le-Willows

From J23 of the M6 Motorway Roundabout, take the turnoff towards Newton-le-Willows. The road changes from Lodge Lane to Ashton Road. After about 1 mile, you get to a mini-roundabout, where you turn right in to Crow Lane East. Pass through about 5 sets of traffic lights (the road name changes to Crow Lane West), up a small hill and follow the road to the left, when the road name changes to Common Road.
